Beautiful bed. Seller is very fast in response time. Very easy to get in touch. Small issue with no installation instruction included but was fast resolved by messaging. Also had a problem with a screw and seller very quickly agreed to send me more screws. My little girl is very happy and her room ,looks like a dream, completed by the bed. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in excellent condition.

Cute idea however I only gave it 4 stars because 1. The fresh wood odor has been hard to get rid off. I’ve been opening all the windows everyday in my daughters room and use a air filter dyson yet the smell is still strong. 2. The railings around her bed don’t serve a purpose. I had purchased the bed with railings in hopes that it will help her from rolling out of the bed. However, the railings are not tall enough. Rather they are as tall/thick as a regular mattress.
