The item arrived in a timely manner! I have yet to set it up because I moving but will return for the review of the finished product when it’s all set up!!

We bought the arch, swing, rope and ladder. Our 17 months old son just loves all of it. By accident we got the coloured version even though we ordered natural colours. Ugis reacted very nicely and immediately send us the natural colours ones. Communication before order was excellent and polite. Ugis answered all questions about Covid-19 and exporting condition which in the end worked just fine without any delays. We would always buy the product again from the seller.

Shipping was fast. It took us a minute to get together but we did it. Grateful for the extra rungs just in case! It’s colorful and high quality. Thank you so much. It’s fun watching my daughter figure it all out. What a fun toy to watch her grow on.

The product itself is great. And we’re happy we got it. Three things to be aware of: 1) it’s a major investment of time and energy to assemble 2) it’s took a full month for us to receive ours. I was understanding because it was during the COVID pandemic, however I was more disappointed in the communication. They kept saying it was shipped, but FedEx was saying they never received it. It sat in their warehouse for 5 days before they actually delivered it to FedEx. 3) we ordered the rock wall/ slide board and the way it’s constructed makes it impossible to use as a slide unless I put the end with a piece of wood at the bottom of the slide. So my kids complain that it hurts their butts when they slide down. In retrospect, if had I know, I would have ordered an additional ladder/slide board instead.

My little guy loves it! So much fun and such a nice product!

The rope side of climbing frame wasn’t easy to put together but apart from that it’s worth every penny. :)

Top Qualität. Schneller Versand. Die Anleitung ist sehr undurchschaulich und endet mittendrin beim Aufbau. Leider war eine Schraube fehlproduziert, sodass man Sie nicht zum Schrauben geeignet war. Es sollten evt. 1-2 Ersatzschrauben mehr reingepackt werden um sowas zu vermeiden.
