Very fast responses from seller when I emailed him. Good quality, solid item. Very well made. Reason only four stars is that the instructions were fairly unclear. My husband does a lot of DIY, and even he struggled to work out how to put the frame together.

We got a really big Pikler triangle. The quality is great. The only down side is it took a long time and effort to put it together.

My 21 month old granddaughter and her slightly older cousins love it. Had a very rough spot on the ladder end but Ugi replaced it so no problem. Quality is great, very sturdy and I am glad we bought the rainbow even tho it was more expensive. Very colorful!

Good quality! With so many forms can be played with unlimited ways. Easy instructions but takes time to fix it if you don't have electric screwdriver. My two year old girl was scared to come down or slip to the other side so I use my sofa. I am in love with it!

The bed arrived in 3 boxes and came with one sheet of directions, which was a little daunting.. but after laying it out, I was able to do it myself in less than a couple hours. I had a question about the drawer and got a very quick and detailed response. This is my second purchase with this company (we also have a pikler triangle) and I have had very positive experiences both times!
