For starters I think this is a very well made product. It's a pain to put together but is definitely sturdy. I knocked off a star because I wish it was a little wider. Ugi kept me updated on my item and was upfront about shipping/delivery times. Was communicative and answered all my questions. Even during the crazy Covid-19 my product shipped on time. I had an issue with a a couple pieces being damaged in shipping (not seller's fault) but he quickly fixed it and sent me replacements. All in all I'm happy and can't wait until my little one starts using it.

My toddler LOVES this!!! Best purchase we've made in a long time for her! It was really easy to put together and it feels really solid and stable. It's very high quality, sturdy wood. My kids love this!!! They are 4 and 2 with a lot of energy after being cooped up in our home due to quarantine. This has been sanity saver for us. I am thinking about ordering some more parts to go with it. It has helped their confidence and climbing abilities too!
