Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it

The product itself is great! My husband was able to put it together easily and our toddler loves it. The wood is nice quality and on the softer side so I don't have to worry about my toddler hitting his head on it when he moves around at night. The product did smell pretty strongly when it first arrived but we just kept the window open and the smell went away in a couple days. My only issue with this order was that the product wasn't shipped on the date indicated on Etsy and I didn't hear back from the seller until the day after and was informed that there would be a 2 week delay due to COVID. Thankfully the seller was understanding and after talking to them, the product was mailed to us in a timely manner and arrived pretty quickly.

Amazing product, great quality. My toddler loves it

It is a really nice looking and sturdy bed for toddlers. The assembly takes a bit of time. Communication with Ugis was quite easy. The bed reached us much sooner than expected. Post sale customer service was great as well. One of the pieces was a bit damaged in transit and once I sent a picture, Ugis generously offered to send a replacement piece. We've not taken home up on the offer since the bed was already assembled.

Very sturdy and looks even better than I had expected. Assembly was straight-forward for my husband to do alone in about 35 mins. Many thanks!

Super toll verarbeitetes Bett. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und total begeistert. Zusammen bauen ging Super schnell und der Kundenservice antwortete mir auch sofort auf meine Frage wann das Bett versendet wird. Klar ist die Lieferzeit etwas länger aber es lohnt sich. Vielen Dank für das tolle Bett
