So.. first let me say.. overall, definitely a 5 star product. quality is very high end. Customer service is great. Shipping was lightening fast, which was surprising. Putting the thing together was a beast.. we have quite a few screws unused. we have one long pole that doesn't belong anywhere. The instructions were just pictures and they didn't completely match what the finished product required.. some of them were backwards and showing 6 poles where only 5 could go.. but that being said.. it was surprisingly not that frustrating to put together. I've had Ikea furniture that gave me a bigger headache. I did it myself and my husband came behind and checked and tweaked.. saw some of the obvious inconsistencies but they didn't really matter for the finished product. my toddler loves it. Great Product. highly recommend.

Because of the pandemic it took about 6 weeks to get here, but that’s makes sense if it’s coming halfway across the world as well. They were very helpful and responded quickly. The product, itself, is amazing. I am so happy I ordered from them. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
