Highly recommended product! It took me quite a bit of time to understand how to build it but it turned out wonderfully. It was well packaged and was delivered promptly. Very smooth finish and sturdy. Best of all, my son loves it. Thank you! For prospective buyers: I would recommend that when you tighten the screws for the rungs, don't overdo it. Or else it would be wise if you placed a washer on each screw, to avoid it from sinking into the wood. I overtightened a few screws so I know. For the Home for Dreams: Would suggest to add in the instructions the type and number of supplies included, and where these will go. Kind of like IKEA instructional manual. This would make it easier for the next ones who will buy this product.

Took a bit longer but was understandable because of the circumstances right now. Shipping was incredibly fast considering it was coming to the US. Very pleased with quality and the kids are loving it.
