If color is not applied, the wood is lovingly coated with a baby-safe natural protective wax, featuring a blend of high-quality ingredients, including linseed oil, pine resin, and beeswax. Not only does the coating protect the wood, but it also imparts a delightful honey aroma. If you prefer having the bed painted, the wood is instead coated with a water based, Nordic Ecolabel awarded color.
