It was a great product. It was easy to setup and everything easily fit together. Despite the long distance for the shipping i think it arrived in a timely manner; it took about 3 weeks.

The seller is the best! We asked the seller if the product can be delivered before my son's bday on 7/20, he did some magical thing and it arrived two weeks before his birthday! the bed is very beautiful and well made, my daughter loved!
The only reason i gave 4 starts because the bed arrived with two cracks where the nails are attached.

Ugis was very nice and professional. The item came in a bit slower due to international shipping and wasn’t the seller’s fault. Took a bit of time to put together since the pieces had to done by section. Everything matched up and the wood quality is very good. No splinters, nothing chipped, smooth all around (especially necessary for the little ones!) and packaged nicely. The custom color was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Couldn’t be much happier and best purchase we had during quarantine!

Great product. Unfortunately a few slats were split and the delivery, due to an issue with Fedex, was very late but the contact with the seller was good. They offered replacement slats but after the delay in delivery because of the courier we asked for compensation and a small compensation was offered.
