I am blown away by this product; it arrived three days after ordering. I was caught off guard by the fast shipping that it had me questioning the legitimacy of the product. Ordered this for my granddaughter. Due to Covid/ holidays we were notified that it was not going to make for Christmas due to no fault of the provider. To my surprise it was at my front door today with 2 days to spare! Haven't put it together yet but all parts were included, with detailed instructions and the wood is beautifully finished. We love it! Pay very close attentions to the put together instructions. It does take a great deal of time to get to the U.S.A. so if ordering from the States it needs to be a month in advance.

The wood is smooth and great quality. The seller communicated a delay which wasn't an issue. I knew it was coming halfway around the world. The 2 packages shipped very quickly and arrived with no damages. My husband was slightly concerned with the instructions. But it really was very simple and straight forward. All the holes were counter sunk and assembly was a breeze. We are still waiting for our mattress to arrive. But in the mean time, my son cannot stop playing in his new bed. He loves it, and we couldn't be happier.

We love our Pikler! It took a while to put together (2 people took 2.5 hours) but it was worth it. Our son is almost 15 months and has been climbing on it NON STOP! So happy with this purchase. We live in Ohio and it came pretty quick (about 2ish weeks). He’s now learning how to get over the top. Worth every cent.
