We just received our piklar for our 12 month old son. He really enjoys climbing under and through it so far. It’s sturdy and of high quality. The one downside is that assembly is time consuming.

Ugi/Elfa's customer service is exemplary. Our first board arrived damaged and a few rungs were splintered. I hesitatingly reached out to HomeForDreams about this, fully expecting to be ignored given that this got shipped and transported across 1000s of miles.However, not only were they responsive, they sent me a replacement board at no cost immediately.
Very impressed with their commitment to their customers and the fact that my 18 month old absolutely adores her pikler is a bonus. Its a must-have for hyperactive 'quarantine' kids!

We bought this indoor playground for our 2.5 yr old daughter. She is 3 ft+ & 30lb+. I agree with the other posts about shipping, it took about a week or two longer than stated on the website checkout, but in my receipt I had said it was a Christmas gift. The owner of the account messaged me and let me know it would not get here on time, which I already suspected from the reviews. The email was nice. My daughter was very happy to receive her gift and was able to help her dad put it together. The instructions were a bit off- but it isn’t rocket science. She loves her playground. I am so proud of this purchase and she’s developed so much on it. I thought she might be too big for the swing, but she uses it all the time! It can withstand a lot of weight, and it’s helping to develop so many of her muscles and coordination.
