Excellent customer service and very fast delivery! This is the second time that I have ordered from Home4dreams and I have to say, i’ve not been disappointed to date. I stated that I needed the order by October 24th and it’s arrived well within the timeframe! Amazing quality and my 6 year old and 2 year old boys absolutely love it. Brilliant to channel excess energy while all the playgrounds are shut.
We'd almost given up on it arriving due to postage issues during Covid but so pleased we waited.

Our little one loves climbing and using the slide. A little hard to put together but it is very well made and we love the colors. Easy to store folded. Arrived on time.

Eine Stange hat leider nicht gepasst (konnten wir aber durch ein wenig schleifen selbst lösen), ansonsten wirklich ein tolles Klettergerüst, super Qualität und leicht aufzubauen. Wir sind begeistert und freuen uns schon auf die leuchtenden Augen unserer Kleinen morgen früh!

This bed is so cute and makes me feel better about my little guy safely sleeping and getting in and out of bed. The shipping went a little quicker, which was a nice surprise. It was safely and neatly packaged. The wood is lovely and clean looking and we really love the product!

Everything we had hoped for! The process to get it was long (about a month total for processing and shipping), but worth the wait. Both boys have been glued to it since we put it together!

We have this bed for 3 weeks now and it still puts a smile on my face whenever I enter the room.
Absolutely beautiful, very nice quality of the wood and even smells great.
Ugis was really nice, answered quickly and fulfilled all our extra wishes (special size, entrance left).
It was delivered very quickly, even arrived before the mattress I ordered in Germany.
Building the bed was very easy in about an hour.
Therefor: I would give more stars, if I could. Thank you very much!
