LOVING this already but it did come missing some parts. We are missing six #1 and four # 3.

So.. first let me say.. overall, definitely a 5 star product. quality is very high end. Customer service is great. Shipping was lightening fast, which was surprising. Putting the thing together was a beast.. we have quite a few screws unused. we have one long pole that doesn't belong anywhere. The instructions were just pictures and they didn't completely match what the finished product required.. some of them were backwards and showing 6 poles where only 5 could go.. but that being said.. it was surprisingly not that frustrating to put together. I've had Ikea furniture that gave me a bigger headache. I did it myself and my husband came behind and checked and tweaked.. saw some of the obvious inconsistencies but they didn't really matter for the finished product. my toddler loves it. Great Product. highly recommend.

This gym is a really beautiful and high quality wood work. The shipment was incredible fast and I got the parcel sooner than expected and it was suprisingly small because it was really smart packaged. The construction was relatively easy and the gym is looking great!

It took a while to get it, but my daughter loves it!

Ein sehr tolles Spielgerät für unseren 2-jährigen Sohn. Es war alles schnell bei uns und die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig. Nur die Beschreibung zum Aufbau könnte besser sein.

Wir haben das Gym mit Rutschen bestellt. Leider kam zunächst nur das Gym an und das Paket mit den Rutschen ist bei DPD verloren gegangen. Auf meine Nachfragen wurde immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet. Heute kamen auch endlich die Rutschen an. Wir sagen vielen Dank. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super Kundenservice!
