The product itself is great. And we’re happy we got it. Three things to be aware of: 1) it’s a major investment of time and energy to assemble 2) it’s took a full month for us to receive ours. I was understanding because it was during the COVID pandemic, however I was more disappointed in the communication. They kept saying it was shipped, but FedEx was saying they never received it. It sat in their warehouse for 5 days before they actually delivered it to FedEx. 3) we ordered the rock wall/ slide board and the way it’s constructed makes it impossible to use as a slide unless I put the end with a piece of wood at the bottom of the slide. So my kids complain that it hurts their butts when they slide down. In retrospect, if had I know, I would have ordered an additional ladder/slide board instead.

Everything is great, just the assembly is difficult. I bruised my hands badly by the end of it but the quality is great

I cannot wait to put this together for our son! (Going to put it together and surprise him the morning of his birthday) he is a climber so this will be perfect. Also, shipping was SO fast!!! Coming from another country to the USA... it took a shorter time than shoes we ordered for him at the same time!!

I ordered this a few weeks before my sons birthday, I mentioned it to the seller and he said they’ll see what they can do - it got here a few days before! Really pleased, easy to put together and great quality. Thank you! 😊

Beautiful and tall! Love the rainbow rungs. This is super sturdy and I think it will get a lot of use once baby is old enough for it.

Excellent material, great customer service

Cute idea however I only gave it 4 stars because 1. The fresh wood odor has been hard to get rid off. I’ve been opening all the windows everyday in my daughters room and use a air filter dyson yet the smell is still strong. 2. The railings around her bed don’t serve a purpose. I had purchased the bed with railings in hopes that it will help her from rolling out of the bed. However, the railings are not tall enough. Rather they are as tall/thick as a regular mattress.
