The item is as described - very well finished, arrived in excellent condition, so soft and clean.
Though extremely easy to assemble, the pilot holes for each of the poles/rungs, are very small, compared to the screw size, which makes assembly hard going on the hands, with the allen key provided.
Perhaps a Pozidriv screw head would be better, to get some proper torque with a large screwdriver, to make it quicker and easier on the hands!
My thumbs were killing me and it just took a long time.
Other than that, it really is lovely.
Dispatch was delayed slightly because of a backlog in orders, but only by a week or so.
Very happy with the purchase and my two year old loves it!

A little slimy at first but we just wiped it down a couple times with a rag. I would recommend using a hex bit but this product is 100% worth it. My child is a climber and he adores this. Has stopped him from climbing on things he shouldn’t!
Shipping was FAST as well coming from overseas!

sooo good for toddlers, my 2 year old spends HOURS on here just hanging about or making it into a den, endless possibilities as she grows up.
Chose this as apposed to others due to the bolt, the safety freak within me was more at peace with it, ha!
