The product itself is great. And we’re happy we got it. Three things to be aware of:
1) it’s a major investment of time and energy to assemble
2) it’s took a full month for us to receive ours. I was understanding because it was during the COVID pandemic, however I was more disappointed in the communication. They kept saying it was shipped, but FedEx was saying they never received it. It sat in their warehouse for 5 days before they actually delivered it to FedEx.
3) we ordered the rock wall/ slide board and the way it’s constructed makes it impossible to use as a slide unless I put the end with a piece of wood at the bottom of the slide. So my kids complain that it hurts their butts when they slide down. In retrospect, if had I know, I would have ordered an additional ladder/slide board instead.

Das Klettergerüst ist wirklich super und hat eine top Qualität. Wir haben lange überlegt, ob wir ein Klettergerüst für diesen Preis anschaffen, aber es ist wirklich prima und die Kleine liebt es. Vorallem zu Coronazeiten hat es sich wirklich gelohnt.

We love our gym!
Ugis was wonderful in completely customizing it to suit our needs.
He added a rope ladder for us, adapted a side just for swinging, and made everything to particular size restrictions so that we could bring it to another country in our luggage.
Our girls are playing on it every day.
The timber is lovely, soft and everything fit together just right.
