Only compliant is I was messaged that it would be ready a certain time and then get another the day before expected shipping, saying they don’t have enough wood. *However* customer service was very responsive and quick. And they ended up getting it out only a few days later somehow.
Beautiful bed, amazing quality, my toddler loves it.

The bed is so beautiful and so well made! We gave it to our three year old for Christmas and she was thrilled.
It was pretty straight forward to assemble, though a bit time consuming (maybe it wasn't the best idea to assemble it starting at 10pm on Christmas night!) Also, make sure adults don't try and sit on the edge as it isn't designed for adult weight (I am 120lbs and have twice perched on the edge to kiss my daughter goodnight and twice collapsed the bar the slats rest on - it's an easy fix, but best to just avoid doing it!)
Overall we love this bed and are very happy with our purchase!

I received this item today. It took my around 3 hours to assemble it by myself using hand tools only. It’s a bit difficult I wished I had some electrical drills that would make it so easy. The instructions included were clear and relatively easy to follow, however, it would’ve been easier if each wooden part was marked with the number/letter and which side in and which is out that would’ve been so helpful. Quality wise the wood is beautifully painted and smooth. There were extra wooden panel and screws. Happy with my purchase and the seller. Would recommend it for friends.
