Quality Products each and every time. The shipping is a bit expensive and takes a while, but I would recommend this shop time and time again. We actually had one item shipped and then realized we wanted an additional piece a few months later. The owner of the company was very helpful and we were able to make another custom order.

Lovely looking wooden play gym and children love playing on it. Received it within 3 weeks of ordering which was the time frame given by the seller. Communication was good, I received responses to my queries on the same day. Accurate tracking from the courier (TNT). The gym was relatively easy to assemble - took a couple of hours. One piece didn't match the picture in the instruction, but it turned out to fit correctly in the end. Also a couple of holes in the top ladder didn't line up correctly so we skipped them, but it still seems secure. We are keeping ours outside during the summer but I believe this isn't totally weather proof so will need covering or bringing indoors in consistently wet weather, but not a huge issue for us.

DHL is a terrible shipping company to work with as a customer, but everything else was excellent!!

Really nice! The shipping was very quick. The triangle is well made and the colors are very nice. I did the setup alone - as a woman ;-). Unfortunately a rod was half a cm too long and I had to shorten it, but that was not so dramatic. Highly recommended!

Really well made, great for the kids to climb on - tall enough to entertain our 3-year-old. Thank you!

The product itself is great. And we’re happy we got it. Three things to be aware of: 1) it’s a major investment of time and energy to assemble 2) it’s took a full month for us to receive ours. I was understanding because it was during the COVID pandemic, however I was more disappointed in the communication. They kept saying it was shipped, but FedEx was saying they never received it. It sat in their warehouse for 5 days before they actually delivered it to FedEx. 3) we ordered the rock wall/ slide board and the way it’s constructed makes it impossible to use as a slide unless I put the end with a piece of wood at the bottom of the slide. So my kids complain that it hurts their butts when they slide down. In retrospect, if had I know, I would have ordered an additional ladder/slide board instead.
