Attractive product and Home4Dreams replaced several of the pieces that had been damaged during construction. Was very helpful and the replacement items arrived quickly.

Issues: Four holes failed to line up properly & forced us to drill our own. I’m hoping this won’t compromise the structural integrity, but only time will tell. I don’t know if I could’ve done this without another person to help; highly doubt I could have assembled it without a power tool, especially since we had to add our own holes. The artist has had a LOT on their plate & wait time shows it. They did message me when they thought they’d be shipping it out. I had to wait several more weeks beyond that also which I’m actually okay with. I do think it’s important to consider that the artist is international, so I don’t know to what extent they do or do not speak English. Depending on this, it may be difficult for them to keep buyers updated. Craftsmanship is GORGEOUS despite the holes issue. Thank you, wish you the best!

I was very happy with the quick dispatch and quick arrival in Japan. Putting it together required some strength and an electric drill. But I think the instructions were easy enough to follow and I really appreciated having spare parts as I ruined a screw head along the way. The finish is excellent, very smooth. When we originally finished it, it was unbalanced but I messaged the seller and got a quick and helpful reply of how to fixed that problem. My 6 month old can't get enough of it, as soon as she sees it she's trying to climb up it!

Our daughter loves it already!! Very sturdy, looks clean and classy, and such a good time! Definitely suggest putting it together with a power drill, because the Allen wrench alone takes forever. Haha. Otherwise we love it!!
