It's a great game for my kid who loves climbing. At first we didn't have the right assembly instructions. But Ugis sent it short afterwards via internet, so it's ok. And I got fast answers for my other enquiries (ex: to get updates about the delivery). I don't put 5 stars because I wish there was a protective cover to be able to let it outside when it's raining (it's quite big and it doesn't fit through the garage door - we can disassemble it into pieces but I fear it will be damaged if we do it every day, we will do it only to protect it during the winter months).

Great piece. Kids love it. The holes aren't made deep enough so it took a LONG time to put it together but otherwise it's great.

This would have a 5 star rating if the instructions were better! This is absolutely beautiful and well made. I got this for my 15 month old. He’s very physically able and likes to push himself, so I thought this would be perfect. He’s a bit nervous about it right now, but he’s been using it a lot when I’m not looking!
