Customer service to my questions was fast! Shipping was surprisingly fast for being out of the country (I’m in the states). My kiddo loves it. Can’t wait for him to feel more confident in it! He’s 18 months old.

This is a wonderful product -- both my 1-year-old & almost 3-year-old sons loved it immediately! I found the screws very difficult to screw in, but it's really nice quality. (I recommend using work gloves to avoid blisters!)

Received our pikler last week, very happy with timely shipping. Product is beautiful, assembly was a bit challenging but we were able to figure it out within about an hour. Ugis was timely and helpful with communication. Will order from them again!

Wir sind total begeistert von diesem tollen Indoor-Klettergerüst und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter! Der Versand verlief reibungslos, zwei Pakete, eins mit fertigen Inside-Boards und bestellten Extrabrettern und eins mit lauter Einzelteilen 😅 Die Holzqaualität ist super, wir konnten keinen einzigen Mängel feststellen. Der Wachs war zunächst noch etwas Feuchtigkeits abgebend, das Holz riecht aber angenehm und nach kurzer Zeit war der etwas ölige Film eingezogen. Der Aufbau dauert schon etwas und ein Akkuschrauber ist von Vorteil, zu zweit lief's aber reibungslos und die Anleitung ist gut verständlich. Unsere Tochter ist direkt losgeklettert und findet es toll, sie kommt immer auf neue Kletterideen und durch die Umbaumöglichkeiten, wird's sicher nicht so schnell langweilig 😃 Vielen Dank für das tolle Produkt!

Bombastische Qualität und alles richtig toll verarbeitet. Lediglich bei der knotung der Seile ist ein Fehler drin. Den beheben wir aber. Sollte gehen. Stabil, steht gut, Kind liebt es! Und die Lieferung ging sehr flott. Keine 2 Wochen.
