I ordered on the 29th April and it arrived 4th June so be prepared for a long wait. The seller did respond to my messages which was helpful. The product is beautiful and the instructions were fine. I made it myself with an Allan key in under an hour. The only thing is it's a bit uneven, I'm not sure if that's my DIY skills or the equipment. 4 stars because it's pretty and my daughter likes it.

Shipping was delayed but given the distance of travel and current issues it came quickly. Communication with seller was very responsive and answered my questions completely. It arrived today and my kids are thrilled with it!! A few hiccups in assembly but the directions were good(I just had too many helpers). The wood is all smooth and he even included extra rungs. It seems very sturdy and I’m sure we will get years of use out of it!

This bed is absolutely beautiful. I’ve been dreaming about this bed for my daughter since before she was born and it was so so worth it!! I thought I would be confused with the instructions and assembling it, but once I opened the box and started going through the pieces it all made sense. Very very happy with this purchase and my daughter will have it for years to come!

My little girl loves this bed! It was very easy to assemble and came with clear instructions. Will be ordering another one when my youngest is ready to transition out of the crib and into a toddler bed.

Bett ist super, aber der Versand hat sich um 2 Wochen verzögert. Der Kundenservice ist nett, aber antwortet immer erst Tage nach Anfrage. Daher war die Kommunikation recht mühsam.
