Can't recommend this seller enough. I'm very impressed with quality of item and international shipping speed. Item is packaged well to prevent any shipping damage. Playset was definitely not easy to put together but was mostly just time consuming. You'll want a power screwdriver for sure and two people. The interconnecting support rods for the rope ladder were quite a challenging force fit but we did it. The quality of the product is as good as it gets. Our kids are thrilled.

Omg it showed up!!!fedex never scanned it. It still shows pre transit. Ordered March 28... came April 15... quit a bit of a wait. But well worth it as you can’t get something like this in the States. Really really hard instructions 😳. Lots and lots of screws. But not impossible. Fills an entire room, but if you have monkeys it’s worth it. Nice that Ugis did keep in contact during this, thats much appreciated. There’s a lot of scams out there but this is definitly not one! Thank you!

Best purchase ever! My 18 month old loves climbing it and also hanging out underneath like a little fort. We added blankets and pillows underneath to make it a 2-1 toy. An electric drill is a MUST as I could barely get the strength to tighten it half way with the tool they provided.
