Fantastic quality product that our children are loving. Only thing that let it down was the poor delivery service from FedEx. As this was out of the sellers control and he graciously provided partial delivery charge refund (out of his own pocket) I did not want to let this affect my overall view on this superb product. Thanks!

Great quality. It took over a month for the item to arrive in Denver, CO but most other vendors have ridiculously high shipping costs and this one was free so it was well worth the wait. I felt like correspondence was not super personable, as when I politely inquired about possible shipping dates, I was told that I could cancel my order. However, the estimate that I got after that was accurate. The assembly directions weren't great so my husband assembled it mostly without them. My child loves his new therapy pikler. He has been sliding all over it and the wood is completely smooth. It's large and I think that it will prove to be very beneficial to our son.
