This wooden rocker toy is made from high-class polished aspen wood and covered with childproof wax to prolong its lifetime. The design of the climbing arch is based on the Emmi Pikler methodology, making it an excellent training device for developing children’s muscles, balance control, courage, motor skills and other important abilities. 

Our products are not intended for outdoor use, they may only be taken outdoors for a short time - a couple of hours. If left for a long time outdoors, the product material may be damaged by strong sun, rain or other natural phenomena.

Emmi Pikler was a Hungarian Pediatrician who developed a new theory of child development in the 1930s/40s, based on allowing the child to move freely and develop at his or her own pace. This also applies to the development of motor skills. In practice this means that children have the opportunity to learn how to move their bodies. This also includes climbing which is a natural skill for your child. A modifiable Pikler triangle is the most unique and innovative climbing triangle in the world and now you can create your own litttle playground at home.


The climbing arch is shipped disassembled, but it’s easy to put it together, using the assembly instructions included in the package.
