The frame is very well built and great design. One star dropped on account of delivery which was quite long - but this could have been down to the current situation. Also, one of the ropes came undone on the rope ladder. Other than that - excellent product for kids, that can flat pack as well.

My grandson loves this. Can’t wait to add on pieces

Beautiful climbing triangle. Easy to assemble. Delivery was a bit slow to the UK because of customs not because of the seller.

The product itself is great. And we’re happy we got it. Three things to be aware of: 1) it’s a major investment of time and energy to assemble 2) it’s took a full month for us to receive ours. I was understanding because it was during the COVID pandemic, however I was more disappointed in the communication. They kept saying it was shipped, but FedEx was saying they never received it. It sat in their warehouse for 5 days before they actually delivered it to FedEx. 3) we ordered the rock wall/ slide board and the way it’s constructed makes it impossible to use as a slide unless I put the end with a piece of wood at the bottom of the slide. So my kids complain that it hurts their butts when they slide down. In retrospect, if had I know, I would have ordered an additional ladder/slide board instead.
