The directions definitely need some work or even if the pieces were marked as top/bottom, left/right would make it soooo much easier. My husband is great at putting things together. His advice is to lay everything out before you screw anything together. Make sure the two ladder pieces mirror each other. Make sure you know which of the long pieces is the top and which is the bottom. All of that said, I highly recommend this product. The quality is exceptional. My son has been on it for hours. He loves it! We have had so much fun coming up with different configurations. The possibilities are endless!

Really pleased, very good quality, easy to put together - diagram provided is easy to follow but you can do it without. Wood smells nice too!
Took about 10 days to get to the UK.

My 21 month old granddaughter and her slightly older cousins love it. Had a very rough spot on the ladder end but Ugi replaced it so no problem. Quality is great, very sturdy and I am glad we bought the rainbow even tho it was more expensive. Very colorful!

Shipping was delayed and the box was more cardboard wrapped in several layers of plastic but all pieces arrived without damage and there was even an extra of almost every piece which was nice. Would highly recommend using a power tool for all the screws as it went very fast putting it together. Quality is great and love that it folds.
