Quality of wood is nice, easy to put together, customer service responsive and bed delivered so fast once shipped. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Overall a very good product which arrived without damage and that my daughter very much enjoys. Be aware that the legs are not symmetric with respect to the rungs so must be installed in a particular orientation to function properly. The instructions are not specific on this point, and either the diagram or my interpretation of the diagram was in error, so unfortunately, I had to completely disassemble and reassemble the product after first building it incorrectly (for context, I have 2 degrees in mechanical engineering and build things for a living). This was somewhat frustrating but not the end of the world. Also, some of the rungs would still slip spin when grabbed, so I disassembled a 2nd time and reassembled after putting some glue on ends of rungs.

I did a lot of research before deciding on home4dreams and I am so happy with our purchase! Shipping was faster than expected and the quality is superb. It took my husband a few hours in between chores to complete it himself. We had a slight mishap on one of the pieces during the delivery but Ugi addressed the issue in a timely manner and had the new piece shipped out with no questions! Thank you for a pleasant transaction! We can’t wait for our twin girls to start exploring it more frequent! Highly recommended!

Fantastic product. We bought it with all the extra's. Took us nearly 4 hours to put together, was a little tricky getting things the right way. Especially as our product was slightly different from the instructions having a rung or 2 less than the pictures. Though they did give extra rungs as spares. Overall really pleased, we've seen our nearly 2 year old daughter's confidence improve leaps and bounds within a week. She will now climb anything, and even attempt the older children's climbing apparatus in parks, with confidence and caution. We've now had it for a few weeks, and a day doesn't go by that we don't play on it. My 6 month old is super eager to try too! I can see them playing on this for years to come. Haven't taken it into the garden yet. Looking around to see if it needs extra protective wax or oil on first.

love it, my little boy adores his bed now. exactly as I asked for with custom measurements. will definitely buy again. :)
