Great quality, easy to put together (took my husband & I about 2 hours to put together) and customer service is very responsive if you have questions! It also came a few days earlier than expected!

What a beautifully made product. My kids (5, 2, 15 months) are in love with it! This will something cherished for many years. Communication with Ugi was exceptional. When we originally opened the box I was blown away by all the colors. This pikler triangle is gorgeous! The colors are bright and beautiful and the material feels high quality. This kit came with a few spare screws, washers, and dowels. I would recommend laying out all the pieces first and double checking that they fit together. Also cross reference the holes against the pictures in the instructions before you start putting in the screws. We did have some issues with a few parts, however UGI helped resolve them in a fair manner. It will take awhile in the mail if you do need anything replaced. In total I waited about 1.5 months. However, I would definitely buy another one of these and will recommend this company to my family and friends or anyone looking to purchase the pikler triangle!

I have to admit the shipping was pretty expensive, but the bed was completely worth it! The wood was soft and smooth and it is beautiful. Everything was well packaged and my grandchildren are thrilled.

So pleased with our climbing frame - our two year old absolutely loves it. Easy to construct and really good quality.

It was a custom order as I wanted an Australian Double. It arrived in Sydney in 3 weeks. The quality is very good. Sturdy, smooth, just what I was hoping for. Communication was perfect and their customer service is excellent. If you are worried ordering their products considering the fact that shipment doubled the total price (to Australia) rest assured you won't have to return your item. It's truly outstanding quality. One of the dowels was damaged and they sent a replacement as soon as I notified them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested. These types of businesses should be supported as they are worth every cent. Great job!
