Ordered this for my granddaughter. Due to Covid/ holidays we were notified that it was not going to make for Christmas due to no fault of the provider. To my surprise it was at my front door today with 2 days to spare! Haven't put it together yet but all parts were included, with detailed instructions and the wood is beautifully finished. Great quality! Took about an hour to put together, I found the directions similar to ikea builds. Due to Covid there was a slight delay on delivery. We live in the PNW and have a ton of wet weather, so this is great way for my little ones during those rainy indoor days. I can also see it being extremely helpful for my daughter who has motor planning issues. Overall I’m really happy with my purchase!

This was purchased at Christmas for my toddler. She is super curious about it, and we cannot wait till she starts fully enjoying it. It is super sturdy, and gorgeous to look at. It takes up much less room than we thought; it was a great addition to the basement.

If you’re considering this product, DO IT! It’s amazing! The quality is top notch, it was easy to build (at least for us it was. Took about 1.5hr with about 30 minutes of that being laying everything out to make sure we did it right the first time), and the customer service was so smooth and prompt for the upgraded climbing board I wanted. The shipping was quick and even arrived earlier than we anticipated especially given COVID and it coming from overseas (I’m in California for reference). Highly recommend this product and seller!
