This is well made and very sturdy. Ugis is great to communicate with and very helpful. Once the product was shipped the package arrived quickly. To assemble though it will be easier if you have good allen wrenches.

Awesome product, got it for my baby's first birthday and she loves it! Took a bit of warming up to it but now she climbs it and walks up and down the ramp like a champ. There was small damage on the ramp in the first order but Ugis sent a replacement promptly afterwards. We then had an issue with FedEx and Ugis (and colleague Elfa) went above and beyond to help me resolve it with them. Great customer service!!

Seul petit détail : le fond du lit n'a pas été peint et du coup il y a une différence de couleur entre la première planche (du matelas) et le reste du lit.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made for my toddler. I can already see her gain more stability, balance and confidence with her gross motor skills. It folds very compact for storage when not in use. I highly recommend this for any toddler! Assembly was easy, with clear directions. I will say, however, I recommend using a drill with a 4mm allen bit rather than the included allen wrench because I ended up with very sore and tired hands by the time I was finished putting it together. (I could have waited a couple hours to have my husband bring the right bit home from work, but I was too excited to get it put together!)
