the product is exactly what we were expecting thank you, setup is kinda hard but nothing to crazy and took us about an hour or so. the customer service responsiveness is also AMAZING, made the delayed holiday shipping bearable.

My MIL bought the triangle and rope board for my son but the rope board is a little too advanced for him so I purchased the ladder+slide. It arrived quickly and well packaged. We love how easy it is to pull out and put away. The triangle is well made and worth the money.

Absolutely in love with our baby girls new bed frame! Ugis was a pleasure to work with. Fast responses and very helpful and polite. Easy to assemble and in perfect quality. Would highly recommend.

Daughter loves floor bed. One of very few manufacturers that deliver to the UK. Have to pay customs charge of around £60 following Brexit (thanks Boris), clearly not the retailers fault though.

Issues: Four holes failed to line up properly & forced us to drill our own. I’m hoping this won’t compromise the structural integrity, but only time will tell. I don’t know if I could’ve done this without another person to help; highly doubt I could have assembled it without a power tool, especially since we had to add our own holes. The artist has had a LOT on their plate & wait time shows it. They did message me when they thought they’d be shipping it out. I had to wait several more weeks beyond that also which I’m actually okay with. I do think it’s important to consider that the artist is international, so I don’t know to what extent they do or do not speak English. Depending on this, it may be difficult for them to keep buyers updated. Craftsmanship is GORGEOUS despite the holes issue. Thank you, wish you the best!
