Dispatch took slightly longer than expected due to lockdown but we were informed of this well in advance by Ugis. Once the item arrived, it was well packed and instructions were helpful. Product is very well made and looks fantastic in the playroom. Some of the paint from the orange rung has rubbed off on first use but we’re hoping that it was just due to it being brand new. It goes without saying that our daughter loves it! Thank you.

Sehr schön, stabil und leicht zum montieren. Haben ganz viele Kissen rein, so dass es ein richtiger Kucheleck ist. Haben das Bett seit ca. 5 Monate. Seitdem schläft unserer 2,5 Sohn immer alleine und viel ruhiger. Zum Einschlafen kann sich die Mama kurz dazulegen.

Shipping was a little frustrating with FedEx not keeping me up to date.. Other than that, this bed is great! Super easy to put together, very well wrapped up in the packaging so zero damage, and my daughter LOVES her first big girl bed!
