So, would I recommend this bed? Absolutely!!! But, as with most purchases, there are pluses and minuses. Here they are: Positive -The bed is well made. Well polished, smooth, and looks beautiful assembled!!! -Ugis, the owner, fulfilled our special requests and did not charge more! -Ugis is kind and tries to help his customers. Nice to work with. -We even ordered another bed after due to the great quality! Negatives -Communication takes a while. Responses took a few days. -Ugis seemed to have a bit of orders so manufacturing could take more time. -Missing parts or not quite right size. (This was our biggest woe! We had screws missing and one roof board missing. As well as cardboard drawer panels needed to be cut to fit. But we managed to do that and Ugis sent out all of the missing parts once we notified him.)

Great wood and very well done, no sharp corners no rough pieces. Building plan was held very simple though, literally one page with some bigger pictures on it, we all had to laugh when we saw it but my husband managed to build it up without any problems. He's an experienced Ikea-Builder and said it just needed a bit of preparation to get an overview of all pieces and I gave him the pictures that were shown on the Etsy-adm how it should look in the end. Took him maybe 2,5hrs to build it up by himself. In the end when he was done we all wanted a bed like that. Totally worth it, very beautiful and natural wood.

It is exactly as advertised and on time despite coming from half way around the world. Upon assembly, ours was a little wobbly but I reached out to them and they sent me a video on how to fix it (SUPER easy fix). My kids (ages 1, 3, and 10) love it! If I could have given it 4.5 stars, I would have. The only issue we ran into was with the screws. They are nearly impossible to get in by hand with a hex wrench so we used our power drill with the hex bit. The second screw snapped off at the head leaving the body of the screw imbedded in the rod and rendering both the screw and rod useless. Thankfully, they sent extra rods and screws so we just went more cautiously with the drill after that.
