The Pikler with ladder arrived in tack and is very well made and will offer lots of future fun. Our only issue was a slow communication when I realized I they had the wrong shipping address. Communication was slow and confusing but it all worked out as expected. Thanks

Absolutely thrilled with our Pikler Triangle! The craftsmanship is as impressive as it is gorgeous, and we are sure our little girl is going to love becoming a climber. There was one small issue which Ugi immediately resolved for us. I am extremely pleased with the product as well as the customer service I received!

Great for my 1 year old and excellent service, took a couple of weeks to arrive and when arrived was slightly damaged in 2 places and was offered £20 refund. Quality is great

It took 20days to get this in Virginia. It is a great product. Very smooth and nice durable pikler I have wanted for my kids. I Recommend it! But i hope the instruction is more clearer. Took a while to figure all out.

the bed is very beautiful and well made, my daughter loved!
The only reason i gave 4 starts because the bed arrived with two cracks where the nails are attached.
