Great communication through the shipping process. There were normal delays with Christmas and covid and Home4Dreams did a great job letting us know where we were in the process. Once it shipped, it got here before the shipping date. We put it together easily and the kids absolutely love it. The rainbow colors are beautiful. Thank you for making a great quality product!

The product is excellent. My son, almost 2, absolutely loves it for climbing, rocking, and more creative things. It doesn't take up too much space, and it looks nice. Only complaint is that it took so long to get here, but that is understandable under the circumstances.

Exactly what all the reviews said, great quality, bad directions but not too hard to figure it out. My daughter loves it and wants to climb for hours. I got all the ladders and boards so I switch it up every few days, wasn’t impressed with the actual swing and that’s collecting dust but all in all, very happy with the product.

I love that this one can be adjusted to various heights! My kiddo was scared at first so I started her at the lowest it could go. She loves it can be a tent at the highest setting. Okay to assemble. My daughter loves it

We LOVE our new pickler! It’s a great size for my tall 5 year old and 2 year old rowdy boys! Very easy to put together and very sturdy and great quality! Shipping was delayed but it was due to COVID and the holidays and the owner was very good about answering my questions and being upfront about the delay! Would def order from this shop again! 10/10
