Love the final product! So excited for my son to wake up from his nap to try it out. The price was great compared to a lot of other companies! Assembly was relatively easy with a drill, there were a few extra pieces which I appreciate. Love the free shipping. Other comments said it has taken other a couple months to receive theirs, I believe we got ours in less than a month! My only reason for leaving 4 instead of 5 stars was because I messaged the store a few times before the item was shipped, asking for a simple update on the product or an idea of when it would be shipped as it was going to be a gift for my sons first birthday, and didn’t get any response until after the product had shipped. Otherwise, I am in love with it!

Delivery of the triangle took close to 5 weeks due to Covid-19 situation but Ugi was prompt in his replies and updates. Took about 2 hours to set up the triangle by myself with the Allen key (very sore hands) including having to disassemble and assemble the set again after realising that I misaligned the rungs. The triangle itself is of great quality and priced much cheaper than other triangles out in the market.

It’s a beautiful piece and my daughter loves using the slide and rope board. Customer service was quick.

I bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it! The shipping was fast and free unlike other sellers who advertised free shipping but shipping feed would be added upon checkout. This is wonderful! Really nicely made, hubby (not in to DIY) managed to put it together pretty easily and my kid LOVES his new bed. Bedtime is jolly again! Thank you Ugis!
